Hi Balcerr, I really appreciate your thoughts but i must disagree on this for 10 chaos starting gear. Atm the cheapest cotb is about 7 chaos and I dont think you get the rest of the gear for 3 chaos. So imo the three dragon mask is alternativless for this budget. I really would not want to miss the freezing of enemies especially with low gear. Also dmg is not everything, with your setup we maybe would gain some damage but we would lose also life and clearspeed.

You're right, I buy cotb first and forget about freezing problem.

Do u actually feel that arcane surge is good here? I feel it is a bit pointless when it procs only when summon your golem and if you do your maps quite fast you summon your golem once in a while, making this gem useless. Mb i am missing something, but that my thoughts

edit. nvm. i kinda know when to use it. before fighting some boxes etc

Yes exactly... you stack your BV up to 20, jump the boss, use sulphur, diamond flask and summon your golem and just melt the boss.

Lvl 80 now, maps are ez

Just got this drop, debating if I should try to make this build work with the 2 reds or sell it for gear upgrades (like a Doryani's) and another 6-L chest.

I guess in following order shield then rare ring, belt and then choir of the storm for dps. Try to get all rare pieces with life and res.

@nostrademous: definitely sell... two reds are wasted in our 6 link. Maybe get a inpulsa or perfect form and 5 link it. From the feedback here the inpulsa is pretty crazy for this build so I will definitely try it out. Doryaninis pretty expensive atm so i would wait... the price is goin down soon.

So apparently those colors are pretty useful for some folks. I put this item in my "sell" tab and before I even had a chance to set a price I was getting messages offering 150 chaos (made me hesitate and not sell yet).

for 40-50 chaos I can get a 5-L Inpulsa. for 80-90c I can get almost a perfect Doryani's. So if I sell for 150c I could get both.
