Well then I am not sure why you die instantly to reflect... because I have 6k Es and my res are 68/68/75 and most of the times I not even have to use my vinktars flask for reflect because the warlord's marks leeches enough from other mobs.

whats your unbuffed crit chance? maybe i dont spread warlords enough, i have only 46% unbuffed. (no choir)

This build how it is atm... is not hc viable because we invest like 80-90% in offense and only a bit in defense. If you invest much more in defense you would lose a lot of dps and would have to compensate it with freeze duration on enemies. I guess it would be possible to play freezing spark inquisitor in HC but it would be a different build.

Cool idea, I think i'll try this spec, but why a health flask if you are CI?
