That is the beauty of PoE... you always can improve. I see you underestimate the power of flasks:) I will let you know now how you can improve big time for 8 chaos:
1 chaos each for one Silver & Diamond flask which gains charges for crit (because we crit a lot you should have 80-90% uptime)
6 chaos for lvl 20 q20 added lightning damage to replace lightning penetration which is useless for inquisitor (invetiable judgement)
After that get insanity gloves for your movement setup with spell damage.

I know this is probably a dumb question and I've missed it somewhere but how do you get back your mana so fast? I see some of the mana regen on gear but it looks like there's some leech involved, no? I don't see it anywhere on skill tree, would just like to know how to improve this one aspect. Thanks!
