I think the nodes do not need to be allocated to count. I think it was changed recently.

I have two questions.
What a unique body armor will be good in this patch? Still belly?
Where in tree should I put 2x Fight for Survival?

The only 2 dex jewel spots, left side of tree and near the ranger ascendancy.
belly is still good yes.

You are actually right i have around 15% more dps with damage on full life when i check "always on full life" in the cfg.
However i use bloodrage and therefore i don't think i can always be on full ife all the time.
For mapping i don't really like the idea of the frost bomb + frostbite but maybe it will come handy when doing guardians and shaper.

BTW how do you apply frosbite + assasin's mark?

There is no a perfect setup. There are only good setup for farming map safe ( and leveling ) farming map for profit and no leveling.
I'll use, if I can afford it, headhunter. Too much fun and profitable.
We can use shaper gloves or kaom boot, starkonja or abyssus. Acuity also very Good.
Ill definitely not use warchief setup since I'm planning to buy ToH and other minmax item
Now at level 87 with good items (check profile for info ).
I think I'll not use elemental focus since shatter is too much fun.

Ill repeat. There is no perfect setup . Too many support gem to use and try.

My Herald of Ice just never seems to proc as a result of Touch of Anguish's flat 10% chance to freeze and removal of freeze on crit. Am I missing something or is the HoI + CoH + AM link not really working well right now? No Power Charges as far as the eye can see for me...
