Yes, nothing has changed.

You can change the belt with new abys belt and add
+ES, INT, Res and other staff jewels, In the end it will be same or LITTLE better. Doesnt change much.
Watchers eye can replace energy from within.
You could also replace 1 reckless defence with it. You lose 4 block and 20 spell block and gain 1k es instead.

Have this new build variant on mind, it will be 2x more tanky than this current :)

There is helmet coruption regen 2% of life now)
and shield mod Recover % of Energy Shield when you Block
