Yes it is, and I already know the results after doing a lot of CI Aegis tanking, and seeing others do this kind of regen builds. This setup is also not optimal for PvP because max resists are almost useless there, and not using reckless defence is a disadvantage.

Just took a look on your video of your Aegis build in PvP (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUa1LjMEyqc) and damn, I got really surprised about how easily you can still die with a tanky build like that.
I remember watching an Aegis build on arena resisting a scold + cwdt EA spammer forever and I thought that a build like that makes you almost immortal.. until I saw this video.

I don't like offscreen glasscannons, but because the video now I want so bad to make a fireball build like HarleyCue lol

How is leveling for this build? did you have to re-spec from something else?

When was this ever "viable"? But yea sure.
