Yes u can, most important thing for do Shaper is know what to do, watch some video and learn the animations and how to move, when u know that u'll need this:

- Lv.90 Char
- 800k+ dps vs SHAPER (The build reach about 1,3 Millions with budget gear, so its easy)
- 5k+ hp
- Overcapped Cold Resistance (at least 100)

The most expansive Item is the 6Link Belly, but its not mandatory, with a Rare one with 100hp mod u have about 5100hp.
