ye it would work, but i didnt see the need for it.
keep in mind you trade the threshhold jewel for a real jewel which give alot power since we dont have much dmg on the tree giving up jewel slots is giving up alot dmg.

well frenzy will make me go over 4 aps which ends up beeing a dps a loss also removes a lot of sustain due to life gain on hit + barrage combo, if you wanna go frenzy check out the berserker version.

movement speed and wands there isnt much we can do, lightning warp + less duration + faster casting or/and weapon swap brightbeack + shield + shield charge.

why added fire and cold to fire? why not added cold or crit strike damage for poet pens?

i used the watcher eye with fire leech while effected by anger, that been said they were also the highest dmg in PoB.

Any changes for 3.2? Also where are you putting your frozen trail gems?

should work just fine.
any socket with 40 int in range works.
