the calc is

Default cooldown * 100 / (1 + (cooldown recovery speed modifier/100)).

so

250ms * 100/(100 + 20%) = 208ms

so you will want 4.8 attacks per sec.

Exact 4.8 aps is the best.

I'm on my vacation and that's why I can not answer everyone, I'm sorry friends!

Just spent the last 5 hours making this build while adding my own little touches and it's simply amazeballs. I feel tanky and my damage output is very good despite having underleveled gems. Dancing around the screen and having molten balls and body explosions everywhere is a treat to watch/interact with. It's also nice not having an HP bar constantly dropping and climbing every second like on my MS Inquisitor.

Could you explain me which Ascendency should pick first, and what's the order?

What are the defensive mechanics of the build? i've been trying it but I die if i'm not careful.

Also, how can I improve my damage? I feel like it'll be a little low for guardians

Thinking abt converting my EK to Poets pen.

What items are mondatory for endgame bossing? Guardians/Shaper and all red tier maps.
