A ring with life on hit, max. Life and resistance is also a good option. Or you can of course also use a ventor‘s. I mainly use rings to push the life pool and cap resistances.

I will not update this setup because the perfect form setup is a lot stronger and the Kaom's setup is more or less only a old relict.

Interesting build, haven't played in a while and looking for something to play in 3.4 How long is the grind for the sword nowadays? I read on the wiki that the drop rate is lowered a few patches ago?

Based on when I farmed the sword last league (Incursion) it's around 8-12 hours of farming Twilight Strand optimally. Quite a lengthy/irritating farm.

I only farmed about 6 hours but other players reported that they had to farm +20 hours... so I guess I would not farm it myself... I rather just buy it later on.

I will be farming with 4X char to get the sword as my league starter. I want to do this frost blade molten strike build. I think the farming time will pay off when you don't have to worry about an early 6 link like tabular. The fact that you can find the weapon that goes with the build so early is nice.
