After league starting with Kay's build for 4 leagues (and min/maxing in 2 of those leagues) I decided to take a break from Spectres in 3.11. I'm looking at coming back to this build tomorrow, but honestly, with the offering and block nerfs, my biggest concern is survivability. (Sentries were busted before, so I'm assuming even with their nerfs they're still gonna be insane dps). How tanky is the build looking after the offering/block nerfs? I am in the same boat. This league I am building tankier since clear speed has never been a problem for me with spectres since Betrayal. I am skipping all the cluster jewels and stacking life instead.
