Just wanted to chime in. I'm running 4 Spectres right now, and still waiting on a +1 chest that isn't too expensive. If one dropped during delve, that would be great, too.

Currently running reds, mostly T12 - T15. Clear speed is good. I bit the bullet last night and bought Unending Hunger. I just shield charge through packs, piano flasks, and pop bone shield. I only stop to pick up currency and organs.

Map bosses die pretty fast, but Metamorph bosses can take a minute or two. It all depends on rolls and if I decide to go for broke.

I can't seem to get the weapon swap trick to work. I have a lvl 21 gem in the first slot of both PoH and a wand. The wand also has desecrate in it and is fully linked. I've watched the video and tried to recreate it but it isn't working.

The only thing I can think of that is different is that my Pledge of hands is 6 socket but only 5 link. Would that cause it not to work?
