" Clear speed isn't that bad once you get WO set up.... but if you want my tale of woe.... I decided to run this again because of the overpowered Zealotry watcher's eye... so now I get no Spell Cascade AND no Watcher's eye. RIP Even with all that, build is still fun, it's just not fast, but it was never advertised as a fast clearer. |

"Brute Force will not swap the last str node at the big int node. The regen + socket (For Brute Force) is a +5 int increase + 56 ES regen for me :) |

Why is the ES recovery watchers eye better than on hit? does it affect leech as well as regen?

" It affects any form of ES recovery : leech , regen, recharge so in my opinion is a bit better than ES on hit and also cheaper For bosses that hit hard is clearly better ! |

Yes, the ES recovery Watcher's eye, effects leech AND Regen. Puts your total max leech per second up to 39%
