I got a early leveling skilltree under Skilltree section.

After a quick look. Some of your jewels missing 2-3 damage mods.
One of your foils missing non chaos damage as extra chaos damage.
Bubonic with only 1 abyss jewels isnt realy worth it.
i would recommend a rare pair of boots instead, with high res and life and craft ele damage to attacks.

Your next few upgrades should be:
Diamond flask with 60-80% increased critical strike during flask effect
Bubonic with 2 abyss sockets
Tombfist with 2 abyss sockets
If you dont use a Unnatural instinct, your skilltree should look like this
