afaik optimal attack rate for new syclone base speed (300x) is just below 7.57aps with cdr 14%+
im just using two might of the meek and unnatural instinct, aps 7.41 + cdr coc works perfecto!

Yeah I’m a little confused on the attack speed as well. What auras should we run? I am using lycosidae and running precision, herald of ice and enfeeble

you may go for Precision, War banner and Temperred Mind
and drop Lyco for something more useful
belt with 14% cd would cover <7.5 aps as far i understood(cyclone tooltip)

Mines at 6.99 with flasks. Am I supposed to run war banner and temperred mind instead of my current aura's? herald of ice/blasphemy?

Also does it matter the links on chest piece of how they are? Do they need to be in a certain order? My wand is at the top is life leech. Looking to buy a cheap 6 link chest instead of tabula rasa.

uber elder, guard shaper\elder no death, mastermind 83lv one times die.
on map i can clear full legion, i think i will not have any problems later.
no see on gloves belt and ring.
