not that many, but there is no guarantee that this will work at maximum, you need the number closest to 7.57 or less, provided that you have 14 +% CDR on your belt or boots

I also want to do something similar, but if I’m going to do coc on hc next league, I’d prefer the original survival there should be more)

flame dash in this patch has become much nicer than anything else

Might have found one issue with my build.

For whatever reason, my frostbolts do not seem to proc ice novas...
And this is after checking for extended periods of time.

The Frostbolt spell itself is pretty potent with ~150k dps but it does NOT proc ice novas, as long as i can see anyway.

This is especially clear when my projectiles hit enemies outside melee range.

There is just no nova explosion.


I know the novas/frostbolt casts are closely tight to attack speed. My cyclone tooltip states 7.59 attacks/s, which is increased to 8.19 attacks/second under frenzy.

This seem to be a little much.

My Cospri has currently 14% attack speed. Should it beneficial to buy another with, say, 8-9% attack speed max ?

your frost bolt is suppose to be above your ice nova in malice n those attack speed's are little high should be around 7.55-57

Well yes, my frostbolt is well above ice nova of course.

But still, it does not proc ice novas ><

Is it Legion league specific ? (i play on Standard)

Also, why do everyone seem to cast GREEN frostbolts (mine are...well white...)?? as if they were chaos damage ?

mine are white also but what im saying about your malice is this Frost bolt is suppose to be over Ice Nova in your malice plus my frost bolt's only explode into nova's if i hit vortex every few secs
