example: i wanna make a snow themed hideout, but for example using a stately hideout. having for example falling snow or ice gale in the central area is not really a small thing, it actually makes a difference! a difference that might be considered p2w

Winning a hideout competition isn't going to advance your characters in the game. That is what people mean by "p2w", not cosmetic competitions. All of the rewards listed are COSMETICS.
