I am at lvl 75 currently in legion and getting the gear together to switch to ES. I'm having mana issues on a 5L. Is this addressed with the build? It doesn't look like warlords mark was ever really used anyway so how is mana sustained?

You shouldn't have mana issues on a 5L. You'll need a -9 mana craft to sustain your 6L mana costs. I don't even use clarity, just regen from the tree and arcane surge. As long as you have those two, you should be fine. Cinderswallow helps a lot too, but that's later.

I do not have arcane surge yet actuall yon flame dash. I will try that.

% gained as chaos.

Let's say we have 25% of non-chaos dmg gained as chaos and we deal 100 cold damage.

Base damage = 100 cold
Net output = (100 cold) + ((25% of 100 cold) chaos) = 125 total dmg

Using Pyre (40% conversion):

Base damage = 60 cold + 40 fire
Net output = (60 cold) + (40 fire) + ((25% of 100 cold) + (25% of 40 fire) chaos) = 135 total dmg

Atleast that's how I understand it.

I am running a 4link vaal ice nova for helping pop open legion content and am wondering your opinion on tree changes. I am trying to grab as much aoe on the tree as possible to make sure the ice novas chain as far as possible.

I am running it with increased aoe, increased crit chance and controlled destruction.

Do you have any suggestions on that?

Not really. I've never played with ice nova or vaal ice nova so idk tbh. But if you're getting area nodes, your worb dmg will probably be lower so you'd need good great to let that slide.

Ralakesh and leech takes care of it. In some cases I pop Vaal D. Ideally any jewel with 'corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you with solve bleeds for the most part.
