Hey, if someone knows if this build could be good with the recent raider changes ?

Hey just found the build and I am thinking of playing it for 3.13. Two questions if you are still checking this. Any updates for the new league?
Also you list your cyclone damage at 1.5mil but PoB lists it as 150k. Am I missing something?

Edit: Nevermind for some reason Cyclone was not enabled in the pob. So as I did that damage jumped up to 2m lol.
