Im keeping the amulet cause of strength, without it im not able to wear cane lol
6l cane or bow for sure. Change your amulet for an amber and anoint beef to get enough strength.

Doesn't really matters. The number only changes what you get on the melding wheel as an added bonus. The best is 4% life, it's not game changing. Just get any number.
