What is a good tooltip reading for essence drain in the text?
I'm currently at 750k chaos damage per second and want to know how much more there is to grab.

I don't know if a bit more can be pushed with this build but I managed to get to 900k on the tooltip

Guessing it's mostly on the tree for more? I'm only 89.

I don't know if you are considering flasks, with flasks up is 1.1M tooltip, feel free to check my character, it is public, but itt's pretty similar to everything suggested in the guide

So I started PoE for the first time with this guide and have to say, it went really well.
Got things done a few friends of mine didn't do who played already (UE and deathless a8 Sirus).

Looking to finish up the build without much more investment. I'm planning on getting t1 Life on the quiver and chaos divine the chaos dot too.

I know my boots are, by far, my worst gear part, but I don't know if there is anything apart from t1 life that would be an upgrade that's worthy to get on them.

And if the Arcane Surge Rings go down a bit more i guess i could get one of those.

(Still using Flesh and Stone, as I try to level up a bit more and Vaal RF for a bit more dmg on bosses, so you have to disable it in PoB to get the right number without it)

Any advice what can be upgraded for below 10ex at once (things that can take some time with Harvest-crafting are fine) would be nice.

I vaaled all my gear lol...not feeling this build.
I feel like I spent less on my 100m dps spectre max block build which is just as survivable but 1 shots everything.

Is this build HC viable?

I just wanted to post one more time before this league starts dying down and give the OP a huge THANK YOU for this build, and the effort he has put into it!

This is my first league and first time playing POE. I am currently 39/40 challenges and this build has allowed me to complete ALL content. Every boss, every map, every challenge. I did this and I am not even NEAR min/maxed.

I understand that I could of pushed out more DPS with other variations but I LOVE the survive-ability, the dodge, and the overall balance this build has.

The guide has taught me to craft, even without harvest - I was using fossils, and essences, the crafting bench, and making all my gear "sell more to the vendor" ... just because the OP does it for fun. Twice the OP crafted a bow for me and I had very little currency at the time to tip him.

I probably won't be playing this build next league - because I want to test out other ascendancy and builds. But I have this guide bookmarked and I guarantee I'll be back to check out what is going on with this one!

Doable, but there's better.

This build uses mainly soft mitigation to not die. While it does have a large EHP pool to survive oneshots and become extremely durable, the hard defences only kick in later in the gearing process. So there's aan odd spot where you're very vulnerable in HC, between yelow tiers and late reds before you're fully geared. At this time, unlucky dodge procs on overlaps are very scary.
A few folks have found success doing this in HC, but CI glancing blows is a much popular choice for ED-C HC (I don't know if it's better, I don't play HC. But I'd guess).

In non leaguestart (also non ssf) scenarios where you can just by stuff (also, hyrri's, vertex and co are somehow cheap in hc), it's pretty good though.
