I've had quite a few people saying that grave intentions isn't needed at higher levels anymore? What do you guys reckon, is this a fact? Cause then i'll remove it from the endgame tree :)

Its the second time i try to do a minion build and this time i think i dit it right, i started this league doing arc mine but then got tired of dying again and again to metamorph.
So far i killed sirus two times and it was a breeze.
Now im at 1590 str with 15 zombies and i wanna get to 1800, im still using astra and wanna get an amulet but im having trouble on pob to simulate and compare the numbers, to see if im gonna get close to that, if anyone could give me some tips

Probably not mandatory anymore since the Sirus nerf, but also not the worst to keep. I'm not sure how good Unholy Might is, but the 10% max life as extra max es synergizes nicely with Spirit Offering. Also has a prime jewel location for Efficient Training

That said, you can reallocate 9 skill points by not picking Grave Intentions and the nearby jewel slot!

Yep after u get lvl 28 cheap zombie (empower3, +3, zombie 20/20) it will stop dying in regular content (not delve)

Would Hands of the High Templar be good for this build?

I'm looking at some gloves with these stats:
+1 Socketed Gems
+2 AOE Gems
+2 Aura Gems

That would be +5 to pretty much any aura, i.e. Skitterbots, Pride, Flesh/Stone

You lose alot of ES but gain quite a bit of life and resists.


Edit: Against my better judgement, I decided to pull the trigger and just get one for ~11ex lol



Kinda hard to do a 1:1 comparison vs. Shapers Touch but in terms of Life and ES this is the before and after, values in brackets are after spirit offering proc:

Edit2: Forgot I can continue using blessed orbs to squeeze a bit more ES and get a higher lvl Enfeeble curse!

Yet another what next question.... ok, before you say get a 6l femurs. I feel like it is a waste of currency, because next your going to say start saving for a crafted weapon. :)

So really what do you think. I killed Sirus (lvl 4 first try... i watched videos and know he got nerfed, but hey!) on 5L. I have good jewels and before fighting Sirus i tried corrupting them. I bricked one ET and one Brawn, but got insanely lucky on the third attempt at EF. Other than that gear is ok, but lots of places to upgrade.





Lethal pride is only 10% strength at the moment, but there has been a lot of talk the last week about switch it out entirely, so i don't want to invest in that yet.

I feel very tanky and damage is good. I really want to start on the crafted weapon but atm only 2ex 480chaos. So i have a ways to go. Should i just keep farming and get to awakened level 8.

femurs 6L is easily resalable item. You wont lose much. I would sell that corupted blood jewel. Its only good on awakener. I just using random 5c jewel for it

First off I just want to say thank you for this build guide, there's clearly a lot of work put into it and this build is incredibly strong. I changed my old necro I got bored with into this build yesterday, and after nolifing for 2 days I went from level 82-93 after changing it into this build. Here is my current gear setup:
The build is already strong enough for any content in the game, A8 Awakener goes down pretty easily, but I guess I'm wondering if I missed anything obvious or if I have any simple upgrades to make. Here are some of my thoughts/questions about the build so far, apologies if any of this has been asked/addressed in the thread previously (it is quite a long thread).

-My rings aren't very good, because I'm not running Purity of Elements in favor of running Avian, Haste/Pride(depending on mapping/bossing), and Flesh and Stone. It's pretty tough to hit res caps on rings alone, althought I've been wondering if it would be okay to let my resists hit around the ~50 level and then just try to constantly keep Spirit Offering up (it almost always is anyway) since it gives 30% res. Would it be more worth it to drop an aura for Purity of Elements, and try to swap my rings for more str and maybe get a Watcher's Eye? Would I need lvl 4 Enlighten?

-My strength is sitting around 1315 with Brawn and 1284 without it, so I have 15 zombies.

-The +1 zombies+%str amulet looks pretty nice, though I would have to get a really nice one to beat out the str on the Astramentis, although if I stay above 1200 str I guess it doesn't really matter all that much.

-The helm enchant is always an option although it seems excessively expensive for the benefit it provides.

-One other thing I've been wondering about is, which gems are specifically worth getting 20/20 or 21/0 on? The only gems I specifically bought at lvl 21 were Zombies and Spectres, the rest are mostly still lvl 19 because I started levelling them yesterday. Also, which Awakened gems are particularly good? (Multistrike is kind of out of the question, I have currency to spend but 65ex for a gem seems excessive)

-My Lethal Pride still only has 5% str, I have probably thrown around 20 divines at it at this point. How many divines does it typically take to hit at least two str nodes?
