Is Hatred over Herald of Ice worth ~100 int if the points are spent elsewhere?

Note: Conc Effect seems to work better for me than Incr AOE.

Yes, it's still good. LiNGeN is the man, though, who has come up with some innovative passive trees (in Delirium) and more or less took over for Kelvynn (who was absent in Harvest.) Give him a chance!
Anyone figure out how to get the Heist lockbox inside the hideout?

No worries. The levelling guide seems fine so far, other than getting splattered occasionally by rare packs.

You can get to red maps fine with <15c of gear
