Can anyone explain why we don't take ravenous horde?

Most of the time we path to Ravenous Horde and use an Annointment to secure Death Attunement. I personally prefer to do it the other way around so if you look at my tree it will seem as though I haven't taken Ravenous Horde, but a glance at my amulet will show it there.

How much mana reservation do you have left?

Flesh and Stone (blood stance) would be your best bet for an offensive aura assuming you don't have the room for a Hatred or Haste.

buy brawn gem with -1% mana reserved

You could try Holy Relic as recommended by JCOH.

Reserves no mana and gives a bit of extra DPS and Defence. Give it a go and see if you like it :)

I think I should rephrase my question. Those that uses only Phase Run, what do they usually do to traverse gaps?

You can't. So either you slot in Flame Dash or Leap Slam or you run the long way around at super speed.

Oh, and you skip the Map that is platforms :) (Pillars of Arun or something like that)
