Is this because of leveling or what is the reasoning? :)

Just checked it again, you are correct that its one point, but its a bad damage tradeoff.

We only get 12% of the damage w/ BL from that wheel. BL does not deal area damage.

Ah shit, so BL doesnt consider it to be AoE damage because its invidual zaps when it rolls over something?

Arcane expanse it is.

I noticed you currently have Elemental Focus linked with your Ball Lightning, which prevents you from igniting enemies with it. Are you igniting enemies with something else? or is the extra damage from Elemental Focus worth more than the extra crit multi you would get from Explosives Expert, and you are planning on switching it out later?
