Just managed to pick this up cheap. Well, cheap-ish, anyway.

Thinking the plan is:
- Remove an attack modifier (should only pull the attack speed suffix)
- Prefixes cannot be changed
- Scour down to just the 3 prefixes
- Add a crit / replace a crit until I get 3 nice crit suffixes... or maybe 2, then craft on trigger socketed skill?

That'll leave me with just the half decent spell damage prefix that I can't figure out a way to scour off.

And I suppose I could finish up with hitting it for sythesis or fractured, although the chances of hitting anything decent there are rather small at best. Haven't figured out if those replace or add to the existing implicits, but I don't care if I lose the minion affix in this case.

If anyone has input, it would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Reddit claims the sythn craft will replace the existing implicit, in case anyone wanted to know.

i just noticed your flame dash is lvl 4 and arcane surge is lvl 1, whats is the reason to not go lvl 20? and also if i use smoke mine instead slot of faster casting what lvl should the gem be? thanks!
