No mob in the game other than in hogm has cull. But yes, it does go through ES. For hogm, drop an aura to get over 20% life.

Yes. Culling Strike does ignore ES. I have played low life builds before but I haven't noticed a problem with this. Although it was long time ago before Legion.
What's our solution? To have 11% "max hp" so we don't die to 10% culling strike? Does that mean we have to skip one aura? Is it worth it? Any other ideas?
I dunno what's happening... I have 1k life and 131 unreserved, that means like 13% life remaining and stil sometimes I get culling striked...
BTW: Do not ever try to bite more than you can chew:
I was trying to upgrade a T5 flat ES mod and now I ended up with this... Rolled like 200 seeds with 20 remove/add defense, that armour mode won't go away...
Before it was 20% inc lightning damage and 30% inc ES from body armour...
No mob has cull unless you are running hogm, so it’s something else.
You can use it for a second movement skill with fortify like shield charge, or a few Cwdt setups to proc useful skills.
With that said though, shavs is easy to farm in SSF. The cards drop very frequently from shav in any map she spawns as the boss and the shield can be chanced fairly reliably.

CWDT>IC/Steelskin>Duration
CWDT>Tempest Shield>Blind
for the weapon/shield slot
and for the last 2 slots Shield Charge>Fortify.
(maybe kicking portal for faster attacks to charge faster).
If i happen to get shav/shield, i will switch for sure, thanks again!
Hey there, i chose your build for the last few days of the league to test it in delving. I use icicle mines. I am lvl 80, spent couple ex on my gear and i am only 100k damage on PoB. I can't really understand where the rest of damage should come from and where to allocate my next skill points. I am depending on your 3.9 skill tree from youtube so i can get Tranquility instead of Charisma. Could you give me some advice and maybe post yours 90-ish lvl PoB with items in couple ex range that would change much? Thanks in advance :D
