Why should we have fire damage playing BL, don't get it. Thank you for answers.

EDIT: Ok nvm get it, it's cause of Explosives expert, so we can have all types of damage. Right?

Would throwing mines trigger spells from trigger wand??
There is a guy who has variation of GC build and he is using frost bomb + frostbite + spell cascade in his trigger wand.
Not sure what skill would trigger these spells - any ideas??
