So I think I'm pretty much close to maxing out on this build (within my budget...barring two line Watcher's Eyes, 50ex bow etc.). Got a few jewels left to upgrade, and then maybe I'll look into crafting a bow.. Belt was self crafted. Ring was self crafted after buying a base. Everything else I bought for 3-15ex, most expensive was probably the Large Cluster Jewel, quiver and then the amulet. You most certainly can spec the build into a fairly tanky one whilst still maintaining high DPS. I'm currently on 5.9k hp and 10m Shaper DPS. I would say the belt is a huge factor, if you're not running HH, get a Hunter Stygian Vyse and spam Pristine fossils until you get something good.
