No. Well, technically you always could apply the Frozen status to a boss like that, but not that long and it doesn't actually reduce their action speed to 0 like it does everything else. Those bosses have a minimum action speed even Freeze can't override. Shock coming from Cold Conduction will also be unaffected as the magnitude is always 15% base from that node (which is then only modified by our non-damaging ailment / shock effect stat). We will probably apply better Chill than before, at least.

That change really doesn't matter hardly at all for leveling purposes.

Looks like Controlled Destruction is no longer usable for this build after the nerf.

Spell Totem:

Supported Skills now deal 28-24% less Damage (previously 35-26%).
Spells Cast by Totem now have 40% less Cast Speed (previously 30%).

was fun for couple of seasons... seems i have to look for a new strong build... to many nerfs

The Cold Conduction notable no longer grants “Enemies Chilled by your Hits are Shocked” or “Enemies Shocked by your Hits are Chilled.” It now grants “25% increased Effect of Lightning Ailments against Chilled Enemies” and “25% increased Effect of Cold Ailments against Shocked Enemies”.

This is a 50% damage nerf.

The build is still extremely good with min-max, but the early mapping is probably gonna suck big time now, can't really just recommend it anymore for league start.

Still amazing clear speed and decent bossing.
