Yeah only pick Unnatural instinct if you are lvl 98-100 or it will never be worth it. Really biggest reason i took it was MOVEMENT SPEED and other bonuses i need to absolutely min/max with my gear. You could pick large or medium cluster with those 5 skill points that lead to UI spot. But the reason why i did not take is: I have already so much damage that getting more wont make any difference and my defenses are on point also. Where do i get movements speed? Like nowhere and i get 14% going there and makes mapping faster than any added DAMAGE :D (Tailwind also boosts movement speed)

What i get going to UI spot:
26% spell damage
7% attack speed + 8% Harrier
30% accuracy <-- I hit 100% accuracy with this! HUGE difference maker at the end to get 100% accurasy
9% cast speed + 6% harrier (does this actually boost any skill?)
9% movement speed + 5% Harrier
5 dext and int (needed that 5dex to hit 212)
+ 1% cold pen and 4%aoe as implic

What i gained?
1. Best min/maxed attack speed breakpoint for me
2. 100% accuracy
3. A lot of movement speed that i wont get anywhere else
4. dext i cant get anywhere without breaking my build

I have jewel spot next to CI

Divine Judgement don't think its never worth to pick up since you can pick up medium cluster for same price or a normal jewel spot.

Foresight is till worth to pick in most cases if you don't go for UI spot

I get extremely rarely stunned so its not an issue for me. I have little bit stun recovery not sure if that makes big difference :D I would take 80% stun immune on boot enchant but been too lazy to run lab :P

So yeah stun is not an issue for me
