Great guide, thanks. Having fun with it and just hit 100. The only issue I am having is the same one that was mentioned before...how to fit Skitters? The Uber Expensive POB version has a Legacy Nostalgia with HoAG 39% rmr; currently the max we can hit is 24%. Also, how do we hit max ES if we have to reallocate Utmost Might to Charisma.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again for the guide.
