I'm running the expensive AG with a 10% max life as ES chest. The only place I've noticed its life dip was Uber Atziri, and it almost immediately healed it back.
I think the only place you need to be really careful is Acid Caverns. I lost a very similar AG there back in the Metamorph league. Ever since, I always unsummon AG if I'm doing that map on a minion build.
Usually it’s pretty safe, even the throwaway one that I’ve run the last couple leagues. Kingmaker is cheap this league too, so it’s less risky to try. But with those 4 boss maven invitations who knows at this point.

Yep! If you have blessed rebirth then they don’t take damage for the first four seconds. Other minions don’t do enough damage to hurt themselves either

The guide section on spectres should be updated. Phantasmal Desecrate no longer spawns Primal Crushclaws. Harvest only.

It’s actually in there because you don’t want it to trigger. I manually cast mine as an emergency heal or if want endurance charges (have to be near many monsters or a rare/unique mob).

It’s actually in there because you don’t want it to trigger. I manually cast mine as an emergency heal or if want endurance charges (have to be near many monsters or a rare/unique mob).

Nothing that I liked personally. Some like the brand in there (not a fan - if it misses then it' no EE for a bit) or a manual curse.

How about putting it on left click?
An option for sure, but personally I prefer bone barrier there for most gameplay, or phase run when I’m speed farming. With the nerf to minimum endurance charges (it used to Gaia ranger one) it used to be the best on left click, but I personally feel enduraring cry is better off as an emergency flask especially for the invitation boss fights.
