Level 90 hybrid tree, with NO cluster jewels as its hard to get to from the tree layout.

4 Unique's = Cold Iron Point dagger x2, 6L Carcass Jack and Rumi's Concoction

1 Elder item = boots for increased duration gem cover on the Vaal Skill setup, allowing an Empower to be used.

Enlighten level 3 is also required.

other than that, its all life/ES/resist Rare gear.

Why Intensify support for Blade Blast, do you pre-cast BB before detonate blade ?
With just 1 Intensity it's not that good, or i miss something ?

Why 2 golems ? There are a lot of skills used in your pob, but can't figure how to put them (except 6L BB, 4L BF)

I don't see it in comment but for the BF link Spell-Echo is not necessary, with just Spell Cascade and Unleash you reach the cap of 40 blade.

In a 4 link you can add concentrated effect for boss/single target or increase AOE for clear. It's pretty good.
