[3.16] Coldslinger | Vortex | Creeping Frost | League Start | SSF | CI/LL

Hey,

I've been playing this build for about a year now and have been continually improving it. I've gradually acquired the top equipment and play the build with three curses and forbidden Flame/Flesh.

Consequently, it also cost me quite a bit of currency. All together I'm at about 1000-1500 ex, but it was really worth it :D
