Kitava Herald's spectres + Chain?

Hi,

I'm looking to buff my clearspeed for Delirium on my zombiemancer.

Tried a lot, best for clear probably is Frost Sentinels + Faster proj + GMP + Chain.

However, I wanted a pure phys ranged spectres and tried Kitava Herald's which are overall great, but it seems they don't work with Chain?

Any ideas?
