What Pantheons should we use? From pastebin I got Arakali/Shakari, but maybe for ultimatums need Lunaris for phys mitigation?

Do we really need to reach APS/CDR breakpoints for this build? Actually what I want is the ice spear version. I found the need to reach breakpoints is still debatable. Some said it is needed, while some others said trying to reach them really painful.

The breakpoints ensure that you don't miss ticks - its more important depending on the content your doing.

In my videos I missed the breakpoints slightly but it was enough for near instant phasing the A8 bosses I was doing.
