Fair enough. You can do it as a guardian. It's not the strongest choice but it can be done.

I started this league off as spectres and switched to golems; I'm not switching back, but I'm watching with interest, and enjoying not having to position my Syndicate Operatives!

I've got a little bit off the rails myself with the Golem build; after crafting a RMR amulet I had so much mana spare (I'm still wearing Saqawl's Nest) I couldn't resist adding Skitterbots to the 13 auras and Aspect of the Spider. If someone has a better idea there though, I'd be open to it!

Ye, if u still have some spare mana, level up clarity and use divergent generosity. High Clarity is a godsend for non-bm charge-apes as you know, and the increased aoe from div gene should do wonders for dmg and -acc to monsters.

Is clarity also useful when we use syndicate operative?

afaik only for commander of darkness stacks. so you'd use a lvl 1

so i finally rolled a 4xslum lord hubris. the dmg is disgusting :D

The gear and tree are pretty close - nothing is perfect, but I'm in the ballpark. I don't have a +2 wand or a Torrent's Reclamation, and I haven't picked up a Watcher's Eye yet, but I don't think there's anything else glaring that's missing. The PoB I saw previously went up to 95 so I'm in to the 'discretionary' passive points; I took Thrill Seeker to fit everything I currently have in, but will probably remove when I get rid of Skitterbots as it's better spent elsewhere if I don't need the mana.

Gem wise, I'm quite a long way away from 'done'. I don't have any awakened gems, and a lot of my gems are 20/20s rather than 21/20s. It's pretty obvious where those could be better though. And as discussed, the Skitterbots don't really belong!
