yes the build still the same in 3.13 but better you wait until 3.14 patch notes to see what changes come.

staff yes only in harvest u can get, body arnmour u can craft pristine fossil+faceted, amulet two influenced mods warlord+hunter and awakened orb to fuse u can see videos in youtube, how craft those items.
