Just a general question, is there any uncharted realm mechanic that this build is exceptional at doing? I've been a fan of running breaches in Lira Arthain but not sure if there is something potentially a bit better out there that I am just not aware of.

Do you have grace and determination reserved? Are your spiders always up? I am playing this build and feel behind you in gear, and I legit just face tank almost everything right now because I am playing on terrible internet.

I feel you on the damage, but I'm sure it will improve as I finish my cluster jewels. Yesterday I had to ask for help in global on a T14 wasteland boss. Had maven witness, crusader, and he was possessed so had regen. Fought him for almost 10mins. Never died, but his life regen was faster than my dps.

For survivability I have zero complaints and not sure where your problem is. I just leveled from 88 to 93 in just over an hour today doing 6 man party T15 100% deli tower maps. ES barely moved the entire time. And I don't have iron reflexes yet. This build is basically unkillable. I love it.

Only Determination. For Grace aura i do not have enjoy mana pull (cant understood how it be in this league).

Probably i'll missed some important details for this build, but dont know which one.

1- I will read the new things you added in the guide

2- I am still using 5 Links Herald of agony as I don't have enough mana to reserve the sixth link, and I can't annoint my necklace as golden oil goes for many Ex in HC right now, I was thinking about ditching my rare ring for second herald but I don't think its a wise idea (also add to that no reserve ring right now)

3- There is no chance to get split personality, watcher eye, and I still try to get a blue nightmare.

What I am trying to do is hard as I want to increase my ES to 8k+ yet I want some extra damage.
Dunno if you have some advice for me

congratulations to hard 93 levels - that is extreme impressing!
I know your profile from poeninja too - perhaps now number 1 or on close second position in hc challenge for HoA guardians. Awesome!

I am not experienced in hardcore.
So I am only experienced from level 98-100 almost deathless, ggrhhrr, I forgot to activate auras after weaponswap and died entering a map or in a point blank-mod heist I ran into a trap without deactivating it before and was greeted by a real large shooting mob too, hehehe

I studied your profile and my thoughts were:

- Despair is a bit weak damage and you have withering touch and withering step - perhaps change it out for enfeeble (mapping it's tanky, not for bosses) or for 3 passive points for unnatural calm

- quality on some of the flasks is not ideal

- your clusters are not optimal, on page 50 is a new short crafting guide for clusters. Thanks to LiQuss for the craftingguide! Also new there is a list with not easy mapmods and I started a spoiler, it has to be edited very much, with experiences of hc-gamers for this build in hardcore. When you have some problems detected and tipps and anecdotes, I would like much to take them in if you like too.

- perhaps get a second "uncompromising" or self-control. That would free up enough mana for 6 links HoA or for switching out conqueror efficiancy. You get it also on a small cluster (2 skills) for 10 chaos. That would be much more damage as whisper of doom offering with despair.

- the golden rule would offer more substain of virulences and damage singletarget (5 or 8 chaos in hardcore without implicit), as CI you don't get the poison damage yourself

- perhaps a new unset ring with high es, mana and what you need would offer a socket for a skill more

- a cheap nice defence (ar, es) + damage anoint is aligned spirit (sepia, sepia, violet)

Overall I would write it total like you: Your defences are great with high ehp, your armour medium, your es and damage not optimal.

Very interesting for me to see your hardcore-setup! You made long fights and are already immortal slayer of the atlas, hehe! Great! And thank you too!

First thanks as always ^^

I wasn't really checking my rank in poe ninja xD, as I didn't expect to last, and to be honest I had many death calls, and took some risks as I fought some bosses I fought more than year+ ago in SC, and in SC we didn't care about death so most my builds were glass cannon.
In hardcore I am learning more, but sadly a lesson cost can be death sometimes and this is why I play some other characters too.

The reason I am using dispair is because I can get it for free in ring, I must use enfeeable and for that I need to either corrupt a glove which isn't easy right now, or replace the mark (green slot) with blue one for enfeeable which i will go for.
Thanks for pointing it out.

And about your death, I was switching my necklace with some alts and guess what, I sometimes forget and enter a map with no gear! or half aura, and thanks god I was lucky to survive by noticing it before a crisis happens! I try to no switch gear at all now!


Why I was playing HC for three league I wouldn't say I am good enough to explain the differences, but what I can tell, many builds are risky that they would die to 2 seconds lag, this why builds like yours are very good in HC, the chance that I lose my character due to a Disconnect in Ultimatum or so is way low compared to my other characters, they would die 95% if dc in Ultimatum.
Also the item prices are high, the quantity is low, so you will have to find a replacement strategy, either change the tree or jewels.


About the flasks, I was using rumi because I didn't have blue nightmare, now I bought one, I can drop rumi for Lion roar, and to be honest in ultimatum or mapping they refill almost all the time.
I will try to maximise my flasks quality and get Ripper flask.


About my cluster, I don't really know how to secure getting the abilities we need.
The reason I am not using second cluster is because I needed to get some block nodes, and I actully have 70% spell block now, to get 75 I have to use 2 nodes in the tree.
And while cluster will increase my damage, I still need more ES (no split personality and most likely I won't be able to get any)

I will get the golding rule

About the unset ring I actually have one, but because of dispair I am not using it! I will get one.

I take a look on desktop to your pob later.
You need mainly pure agony on medium clusters 2-4x for damage, all clusters, the golden rule and curses sniper's mark/ and/ or vulnerability.

Your gear is fine! - but take a look on:

- amulet is not ideal, take grace reserves no mana or astramentis or envy/ hatred on aul's

- as Ci switch out life flask

- you can easy upgrade belt, ring, belt-jewel:

There are some cheap upgrades to increase Boss Damage:
Anomalous Spell Echo & Anomalous Poison Support help stacking poison on bosses faster/easier.

Hi really having fun with this build so far! Super tanky and almost impossible to die.

I'm trying to compare my pob to yours (defensive setup) and I don't know how I'm missing 500-1k ES and damage is on less than yours by half.
