I've seen you use 2 differents Lethal Pride pride jewels, Kaom one in reddit post and Akoya on forum guide, is there is a mistake and how important these jewels are in the build?

Edit: I see don't have life leech so Kaom one it does nothing except some strength on minor passives and for Akoya one does getting rage really worth it?

Edit: I guess it doesn't matter and jewel is only here for added strength

You can get energy shield leech from the tree and also from Energy Leech support.

yeah, but since we use Lethal, getting Kaom one give us Strength of Blood which disables Recovery from Life Leech while granting 1% less Damage taken for every 2% Recovery per second from Life Leech.
That would give some damage reduction, damage and chaos resist.
