Hey there,
This is actually a really nice guide that I was looking at in 3.14 as well but have not started as I am more into CoC or CWC builds. With the added mana costs, I started your build and like it so far. Already playing with reap since 50, as I like leveling with the skill I will be using. Progressing rather slowly as always due to my limited time to play, but already got 6l staff, kaom, ring / amu and 21 reap ready. So low prices for these. Will surely feel much better at around 72, but its all right for leveling with 5l armor and 2 life flasks too :) Keep it up! An important change is that I will not be using Cluster Jewels anymore.

i tested it and invested some in this build and its fine but toughness gets rought with the new flasks when you run 8 mod maps
