it's in the wrong jewel socket. Just put it in the other one that's allocated on the skill tree

This is explained in vivid detail in the guide. To reiterate, we want inc effect of onslaught for the cast speed as it removes a lot of the clunk as well as avatar of the chase's defensive mechanic and avatar of the veil's exposure effect. Raider is tankier with more dps.

You need to farm BA if you don't feel comfortable on LT

yes clear mind and healthy mind are both very good.

you should never be casting blade blast before bladefall, it's an archmage build. You have to be weary of spamming too hard.

mine is up quite often, you can get global crit on one item and it should resolve it if you find it's not up enough. Bladefall will proc it.

you should cast it immediately, we have enough cast speed to support this with avatar of the chase. Before then wait for half a second.

Looks like the Bladefall cast can either crit or not crit, not the individual Blade hits?
