Is blinded still useful after the nerf? I used to recommend it, but I went back to consecrated ground for the extra regen.

Carnage, Host and maybe Arena master if you don't mind his noise.

Maybe we can find a new spectre in 3.17 to replace harpy :)

Hey Kay, I noticed that the new Skeleton Mages build for 3.17 seems to be doing noticeably less DPS in PoB than the same build in 3.16 but I was unaware of any minion nerfs. Was some DPS sacrificed for survivability in the newest build?

Edit : Ignore this I am dumb and made a couple mistakes


Man the leveling build is feeling rough to level with when comparing to last couple leagues. Did something change? Felt fine til A4 but now the damage is really slow

eater of worlds was a fairly easy fight. only death was that i was not able to run fast enough to get away from the hovering attack he does that chases you. not enough movement speed lol

so, when you league players that are using the skelemage build get to the bosses, the build can do it. even with my poor playing. the build is solid. mind you i have made changes to it for more survivability
