Help with my probable Scourge league starter

Trickster - Vortex + Creeping Frost + Vaal Cold Snap

I made a build without using PoB randomly and i'm honestly surprised it worked on T14 to T16 maps atleast. Its nothing special and its honestly pretty garbage by many standards but quite cheap, I am wondering if it could still be feasible without Elemental Overload?

Basic premise of the build: Use Vortex + Creeping Frost as my main damage (2 6-link spells), use Vaal Cold Snap on boss (In my Rime Gaze helmet) + Hydrosphere, and run around like an idiot. Also to note, without EO, it loses a ton of damage so I was hoping to find out what I could probably replace EO with.
