Just focus on improving the game and people will naturally want to spend more.

These uniques are just skins, why is everybody tripping over this? Y'all are taking it way over the top than what it needs to be.


The company is experimenting with new ways to rake in some money so they can keep fueling future projects. You aren't obligated to buy the pass nor does it affect anything in terms of balance.


Let me reiterate these are just SKINS. Jesus. The game is still the same with or without this pass on your account.

I'm a fan. This is pretty much in line value/pricing wise of current MTX and Supporter Packs.

Perhaps something interesting would be to have this at a discounted costa as aan upgrade for the league Supporter Packs?

Not that it would be worth it.. at all. These should have been saved as separate unlocks and not tied to the league. Players in standard should also be able to get this stuff without time constraint. To make it league-exclusive and time-limited is particularly scummy.

This is a completely missed opportunity to have separate unlockable challenges that require you to actually use the items in order to unlock their MTX.

For example:

- Pinnacle encounters with specific jewels for the Watcher's eye
- Shaper kills with Dying Sun active for Celestial effect

You could even charge money to unlock the new challenges, just make them permanent and allow us to buy them with points. I would say no more than 25 points per unique (200 points a page). At the absolute maximum.

It would also be nice if each challenge "book" was a separate item instead of forcing us to buy all the effects in one bundle.

This, in its current state, is disgusting. I truly hope that no one buys this.

I genuinely had to look at my calendar to see if today was April 1st when I saw this. I know I am in the minority, but I really dislike the new atlas, and I quit this league earlier than any other. I have been monitoring information about the game though because I was hopeful the things I didn't like would be addressed. However, seeing this step backwards in monetization on top of everything else is enough to push me over the edge towards uninstalling.
