I have created a blend between the eldritch bosses using the presskit images. Here is the evolution of these: https://imgur.com/a/jUqKVQC
The second to last one is the one I'd like to submit for the contest, I also add it as a separate image to the post.

I was thinking of a name that also blends the bosses names together but I found one that the Envoy mentions and might describe this abomination of eldritch horror: The One To Fear.

I wanted to do some 3d cards as entry, maybe going to do 4 , sadly GIFs web hosts have bad quality, so you can take a look at the video for full quality.

Don't know where to upload without quality loss, Giphy, Imgur are not working for my purposes, they get the GIF quality down so much.

I've not written Poetry in many years but here I go;

Act 1 - Wraeclast's Exile

I woke up alone in a beach of broken bones
Where I saw a lonely man get eaten
In the distance I saw some lit up homes
So I picked up my sword and ran

I went to the edge but was stopped by a man
Who had a sword deep in his gut
After cutting him down and getting my reward
I knew that this place was fucked

After talking to some locals I went to the beach
Where I was met by some cannibals
I cut them down and travelled through the muds
Where these flats were anything but laughable

I went through some caves, a ledge and a climb
Where I dropped down into a prison
I spent ages in there looking everywhere
Until I found his quarters were hidden

I was met by a lady who seemed to know me
I ran to her but she was gone
I went through the prison and was met by a brute
Who was inhumanly, ferociously strong

After besting that brute I again met that lady
Who spoke some words and fled
I tried to chase but there was spikes left in place
One misstep and I would've been dead

I went another way and found a ships grave
Where I met a Captain so fair
I went and got his flame but it was all left in vain
As he tried to kill me instead

I parried and slashed until he was gashed
He disappeared without a trace
I went and I ran to the nearest cave I can
To take a second and breathe

I got to a room where this beautiful woman stood
In a place filled with gold
I knew who she was 'cos the locals talked so much
So I let this flurry unfold

This siren was tough with waves that could crush
But I slew down this lonesome fishwife
I sat down to rest as my face was a mess
Where I realised and couldn't stop laughing

My mind full of pain and wondering if I am sane
I get to my senses and run
This path I carve would be one that soon piled
As this was my Path of Exile

Almost took me the whole month, not sure if the results will make it but i'm glad I got to the end.
