How are you able to survive The Golden Rule Chromino? I must be missing something.

Unaffected of poison, ignite and bleeding is placed on the Kahutuora boots ("damaging ailments").



I pathed "quickstep" on tree for some additional movementspeed further, but will switch it out at some point.

With good rolled high es-helmet and es-boots we can go also CI instead and take the nice herald of purity or herald of ice-boostings in the herald-tree.

Because we reflect in seconds thousands of poisonstacks in large mobpacks against ourselves, even when the poisons deal only lowest damage, they sometimes cause suicide in weird mods.


Alternative good rare boots with the elevated prefix "unaffected by poison" have more movementspeed, but you need to stack bleeding immunities on flasks or ghastly jewels when you use cyclone.

So I reached relaxed lvl 95. I started 4 days later into the event.
There were some not easy levels as always before getting aegis aurora and skin of the loyals, but with one cluster-drop worth 1 div I got everything I needed for t-14.
After getting the core-gear aegis aurora, skin of the lords and dark seer sceptre the build turned almost immortal in high juiced t-16.

Because HoA-damage is already more than enough, around 70M against singletargets, I waited with the 3th voices-cluster until now, but will switch it in soon. I took compensating the minion mastery for unholy might, it's 100% up in maps, HoA already oneshots whole wraeclast. In maps, delve, blight I use returning projectiles in the HoA-supports for whole screenclear.
I need around 60 more resis on better clusters, jewels and ghastly jewels, and then will switch in melding of the flesh too. One following project is to craft aspect of the crab /spider /avian on a high es/resis-helmet.

I am farming for a better Skin of the Lords and Bottled Faith. I am testing HoA-Withering Touch-Returning Projectiles / Glorious vanity for ritual of shadows / balance of terror for withers to switch out the sin's rebirth flask.
I am testing also elegant hybris for supreme decadence (life flask applies also to es, extreme tanky for one jewelslot in poe-content with much chaos-damage when energyshield is surpassed). I'll test further the turtle-spectre for granted aura determination / armour / es on block.

By now I reached half a million ehp, that is already almost immortality as long there are not multiple elemental-mods in t-17 (I personally dislike to reroll mods too often.).

Budget was nice cheap 20 div.

Hey, great build your having there. I found out another variation of HoA which is using lancing steel of spraying, doppelganger guise and trigger level 20 spectral spirits. How it differs from your build in terms of playstyles?

I have a svallin, would like to swap out the aegis, do you think it's worth it or I should just stick with aegis?

Lancing steel of spraying is used for some Ssf Hc starter builds combined with holy relic as far as I know.

The problem is that lancing steel is much slower as spells for high HoA-virulences, and you loose the smoothly moving of cyclone and loose channel cwc tanky frostshield-uptime in lategame.

But when you cast or trigger ball lightning of orbiting beside it's interesting.

Lancing steel is also in "skills and trigger" in the variations shown.

Doppelganger is not good synergizing, there are many better body armours.

The Svalinn is great until t16 and can also trigger ball lightnings of orbiting...

But somewhere from high juiced t-16 onwards aegis aurora has more advantages in fast content with additional recovery and 88-90% max all resis it's much more tanky as Svalinn in juiced t-17.

In the end I always recommend to Aegis, but the Svalinn is a strong piece. I want to test it one more time soon in phrecia as hybrid too.

Im not sure i understand why you would go returning projectiles. We have 0 pierce so the projectiles would just return as soon as they hit an enemy. so im unsure why we would go it over pierce/fork

Especially in stuff like blight it just hits the first enemy then returns leading to the clear being the same as if i didnt go returning proj?

The projectiles of the agony crawler are piercing I guess since I see those hitting and returning. Not 100% it's best, maybe specifically for bossing?

I just made level 90 but I do feel quite squishy.
I don't have the optimal gear yet but that is because I don't have a lot of currency. Barely made 2 div so wondering what to do with that. What are the best options to boost survivabilty? Is it the dark seer compared to the cold iron point? Dark seer weapons with +2 life and +2 ES are quite expensive though. (2,5 div afaik)

The damage is usually fine and I'm at 84 virulence stacks at the moment but I am still dying in t10 maps if I don't play really carefully.

Yes, it's a good and cheap starter pob. Recommended!

Many b.i.s. is missing, but the 70M and tankyness are already quite fine.

Typical levelling gear is in "Tipps for levelling" and "poe&trade-links".

When you stashed your first alchemy- /vaal- or chaos-orbs get one of the cheapest recommendations in trade:

For the colliding with terrain and then returning and piercing all targets the screen is nice cleared 4x each sec when the mobs are not too though. Also the additional projectile speed of supportquality increases huge range of HoA beyond offscreen I guess.

But against thougher mobs pierce or awakened fork are better and against bosses predator / vile toxin.

Above 70M reached dps also combinations of 2 supports out of pierce-returning-fork-chain-gmp should be valuable in blight-/delve etc.-content.
