[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

hi everyone, really enjoying this build so far and glad i switched over from hexblast league starter. One thing I noticed is that the area/speed clearing is pretty bad so i had to switch my atlas from delirium and legion to stuff like harvest and boss-related map content, because lets be real, the boss killing power(while shrugging off obscene damage) is through the roof.

Could someone take a look at my profile and suggest me some potential upgrades i'm missing? The jump to the high-end build (watcher's eye, forbidden jewels) seem like a large chasm away and I currently don't have more than 5 div to my name, I think my next upgrade is changing 1 more of my cluters to cttc/blanketd snow but other than that I wonder if there's anything obvious i'm missing.

Appreciate in adv.

Your Watcher's Eye can be upgraded to double Hatred mods. That's a lot of extra damage for a couple div.

Which two Hatred mods should we look for?

On trade, the cheapest Crit Chance Hatred/Penetration Hatred is 70div...
40/40 challenges done.

This was probably the easiest set of challenges ever. Or at least when I have been playing. Too bad cosmetics are crap.

There was no challenge that relied on extreme luck. At least in trade league.

There was no challenge that required extreme skill to complete. Pinnacle bosses didn't need to be über versions and you needed only 5/7. League mechanic challenges required quite low ranking. At least with their current difficulty.

Endgame grind had surprisingly low numbers on grinding needed.

All that with getting good lucky start to league. I got The Insane Cat (div card for corrupted Mageblood) and 2 times drop divine orbs altars. They were "only" 8+5 divines, but it was so early in the league I was able to just buy most of the gear I needed.

Add cold damage
Increased cold damage
Cold penetration

Lowest with 2 out if those is about 30div.

At lower budget, either add cold damage or cold pen and another useful mod like mana recoup, ES on hit, etc.

Your left rign should be a synth ring. You'd get +3% int, better flat int roll and more flexibility on other affixes. Your other ring too, but it's already 6%, so it's less of a big upgrade.

Your helmet could use a reroll to 10%.

Don't forget the quality on your gems. It makes a difference.

You might want to reroll the +5% to elemental resistances implicit on your body armour.

Your staves are not +18%int. Make sure they're perfectly rolled. It's not that costly, even with six sockets.

Your rare jewels really could use an upgrade.

A Watcher's Eye with one Hatred damage mod and something like max mana as ES can be as cheap as 2div. You can also use alternative Forbidden jewels in the meantime.

Hope that helps!

thanks so much, that is very helpful and ill work on some of these
In the end game POB mapping setup, is there a side benefit to using Energy Leech as a support gem?

When playing around in POB, I replaced ES Leech with Awakened Cold Pen and saw a significant bump in DPS.

I thought maybe Energy Leech was to help our ES Leech but our ES Leech does not change when Energy Leech is disabled (which means we are I assume hitting the leech cap elsewhere in the tree)?

Did you both check full ES and leeching in config?

Ahh, yes it was the full ES that makes the difference.

Energy Leech is better when we are full ES
Cold Pen is better than when we are not full ES.

I assume from the choice of Energy Leech when mapping, we must have full ES more often than not (I guess due to overleech?) and the opposite in single target...

Thank you
With the sheer amount of overleech we have, we're pretty much always full ES, mapping or bossing.
