- Deafening Spite is cheap early as usual. Not hard to get a few of them for crafting small things.

the price is a joke, i bought 140 for 1,6 chaos each. everything below 2 is a steal.

but the league was good for me on sunday. got a lot of mid drops that added up, and bought Hunters and clusters for joke prices (2 blanketed snow and ctc for 60 c). really looking forward to tonight and how much damage and es will improve.

122 deaths at 84. Up to 1887 int and 5700 ES now; I still have my helm, boot, and gloves to upgrade.

In a memory strand map, there were 2 blue caster mobs that would hit me for 4k. Took me about 5 minutes to kill the pair of them. They had at least 3 different ranged spells, all of which would do considerable damage.

I have to say I find that I have to pay attention now a bit more fun.

I'm no longer zerging into blue packs. In multiple cases, I'm now running away from mobs letting the icestorm behind me kill them.

PSA: if you want to use the recombinator, disenchant The Arkhon's Tools. That's a 1c item that gives you 130k dust. That's the first one I found; there are probably others that give you >100k dust for 1c.

FYI: We can now add an additional support to icestorm in the mapping staff by corrupting a support gem on cyclone (it links to icestorm also). The downside is lvl 20 cyclone that comes with dex requirement and mana cost.

There are some cheap gems for sale that have some utility for experimenting. I got elemental proliferation that feels nice. PCoC is the jackpot that everyone is trying to get, so we can only dream, but everything else should come down in price i think.

Would love to see what the best supports are for this.

I don't think the mana/dex requirements of level 20 cyclone will be an issue.

Arcane Surge, Energy Leech, Infused Channeling, Increased Critical Strike, Elemental Focus(?), Faster Casting(?), Power Charge on Crit, ...

Lots of them actually! I think anyone that is corrupting these gems is also smart enough to price their win accordingly, so it may be we'll just have to pull the slot machine lever...

Yes there seem to be a few pretty good ones but unfortunately they are good universally so the price range is from expensive to unobtanium. Haven't even seen the arcane surge one on trade.

Cheap dps ones i have found are Ice Bite for frenzy charges and Cold Pen.

Helical rings dropped to 2 div this morning. I snarfed two of them; missed out on 2 others because they disappeared from the vendor while I was there!.

Broke at the moment. Guess it's back to crafting for now.

It's weird the split ones were 2 div but the unsplit ones 10 div.

Prices are weird. The forbidden stuff is 6-40 div or nonexistent. The int/es split personalities I got for 70c x 2, and they were 2 div a day ago.

i have no idea where the divs come from all you write. I dont get one til now. I got 8 ex but no div.

Build is verry squishy. In mirage i got with 5 k es oneshoted many times. Thats not funny. lets see if they change something as usual.

I dropped 1 div from the tree. I've been doing blight, which drops a lot of little stuff that adds up, including chaos. As I always do, I craft 18% int belts and flip them in the first few days. They will sell for 2 divs if you have a good str or dex roll and/or high resists. They stop selling after 5 days or so, though. I.e., it's too late for you.

Welcome to the club. We all had that problem. I am at 122 deaths. Until I upgraded my gear, I had to be careful not to run into packs. Often, I had to move away from them and let my icestorm kill them.

At around 2k int and 7k ES, it stopped feeling squishy. Now at 2320 int and 8298 ES, I haven't lost more than maybe a third of my ES from any mob. I can tank two soul eater rares with no issues.

Today we are here to answer a question as old as the first time Occultist rose and blew everything up with Profane Bloom.

The answer is: YES!
